How much does shipping cost? Free on orders over $15. Flat $3.99 under that.

How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive in 7-14 business days. We source from US-partnered warehouses where possible to keep that as short as we can.

Can I return something? Yes. If a product arrives damaged or not as described, email us and we'll make it right — usually a full refund with no return shipping required on items under $5.

Are all products really under $5? Every single one. That's the whole point.

How do I know the quality is good? We test before we list. If we wouldn't use it ourselves, it doesn't go up.
